Q: What file format should I submit?
A: Gif, jpeg, tif , png , doc, docx, txt or pdf are accepted.
Q: Any file size restriction?
A: File size of each document cannot exceed 5MB, and file size of all documents cannot exceed 20MB.
Q: I forgot my application reference number, can I still upload supporting documents for my application?
A: Yes, you don’t need to provide your application reference number when submitting the documents online.
Q: How can I know if the document is successfully uploaded?
A: A message “Thank you for your submission” will be displayed after the document is successfully uploaded.
Q: I submitted my credit card application through a CCBA branch, can I submit the supporting documents online?
A: Yes. Customer can submit the documents online no matter the application(s) are made through our branch, website or other channels.

Please attach copies of the following documents to facilitate our processing. Documents submitted will not be returned.
- HK Permanent Identity Card of the applicant with endorsement on the blank space of copies (see below). If you are not a permanent resident of HK, copies of HK Identity Card and a valid passport of your origin or visa are required.
- Current residential proof dated within the latest 3 months, e.g electricity bill, rates demand note, bank statement
- and any one of the following documents:
- Latest Salary Tax / Profit Tax Demand Note (Within 1 year from the date of issuance); or
- Latest 1 month’s salary slip(s) showing your name (latest 6 months if applicant’s major income is based on commission & allowance); or
- Latest 1 month’s Mandatory Provident Fund statement showing your name, monthly salary and monthly contribution; or
- Latest 3 month’s bank statement / bank passbook showing your name, account number and salary (latest 6 months if applicant’s major income is based on commission & allowance); or
- Latest Profits Tax Demand Note, Company and Personal bank passbook of the latest 6 months, if you are a sole proprietor of, or a partner in a business.
