Online Banking First-time Logon Assistance

If you already have your Online Banking PIN issued at subbranch:
You may logon for the first time with your Customer ID and PIN one business day after PIN issuance*.

If you already have your Online Banking PIN sent to you by mail:
You may simply logon for the first time with your Customer ID and PIN*.

* Please be reminded that you are required to logon for the first time with the given Online Banking PIN within 60 days upon application, otherwise the PIN will be expired.

If you don't have an Online Banking PIN:
Please visit any one of our subbranches to sign up for the Online Banking service.<
