1. What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you should call Bank By Phone at 0800 555 during operating hours or visit any of our branches for assistance.

2. What should I do if I want to change the username?

Please go to "Maintain My Details" under "My Home" and choose Username, update your username and save. You can only change your login name once.

3. What should I do if I want to change the password?

Please go to "Maintain My Details" under "My Home" and choose Password, enter your existing password and a new password twice to proceed.

4. How long to take my update effective?

Your updates will be effective once you confirm your changes. Please use your new username and password to login CCB Macau Branch Online Banking Services.
