1. Can I order a paper statement online?
Yes, simply choose "Service Request" then "Statement" at "My Home". You may choose to order transaction since last statement, last statement or previous statement. You will receive the requested statement within one week. Please ensure your account has sufficient balance for the service fee.
2. Can I order a checkbook online?
Yes, simply choose "Service Request" then "Checkbook" at "My Home". You may choose the checkbook style and delivery method. Two checkbooks will be delivered to you within one week. Please ensure your account has sufficient balance for the service fee.

3. Can I check the latest rates online?
Yes, you may check for the deposit rates, exchange rates and loan rates by choosing the rates under "Rate Enquiry" at "My Home". Please note that the rates are for reference only.

4. Where can I download the paper forms?
Choose "Forms Download" on the left menu at "My Home".
