“JETCO Cardless Withdrawal”
1. What is “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal” Service?
The “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal Service” ("Service”) allows you to set up cash withdrawal instructions in the CCB Macau Mobile Banking App and then scan the on-screen Quick Response("QR") code at any JETCO ATM to withdraw cash, without using your physical ATM Card.

2. How can I use the “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal Service”?
a. Log on to CCB Macau Mobile Banking App , then tap "Cardless Withdrawal” icon, the withdrawal instruction page is shown after pressing the “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal" Service;
b. Select the withdrawal account and input the withdrawal amount;
c. After the withdrawal instruction is successfully submitted, tap "Scan QR code";
d. A SMS with 6 digit OTP code will be sent to your registered mobile phone number;
e. Input the 6 digit OTP code onto the Mobile App’s verification page ;
f. After successful verification, use the camera function to scan the QR code on the ATM.
g. Using the App to scan the QR code shown on the ATM (The valid time of the QR code displayed is 20 seconds);
h. Collect the cash.
3. What is the validity of the withdrawal instruction?
The withdrawal must be made after the instruction is set and staying in the QR Code scanning page till the QR code shown on the ATM is scanned (The valid time of the QR code displayed is 20 seconds). If you are staying in the QR Code scanning page after a period of inactivity, the withdrawal transaction will be cancelled automatically.

4. How do I know which JETCO ATM supports this Service?
Currently, this Service is available for JETCO ATMs with JETCO Cardless Withdrawal Service in Macau .

5. Can I make cardless withdrawal outside Macau?
Currently,the Service is available in Macau only.

6. Is there a service charge for withdrawing under this channel?
There is no service charge from JETCO for the Service.

7. Is there any withdrawal limit?
The maximum withdrawal amount per instruction is HKD/MOP 6,000, and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is HKD/MOP 10,000 per deposit account. The minimum cash withdrawal amount is HKD/MOP 100 when using CCB’ATMs and HKD/MOP500 in other banks’ ATMs respectively.

8. What can I do if no cash is dispensed from the ATM after making cash withdrawal?
Please perform checking on your bank account, if the transaction amount has been deducted from your bank account, please contact any of our subbranches or our Customer Service Hotline at +(853) 0800 555.

9. Can I withdraw RMB from my RMB account via “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal”?
No. Currently, this Service supports HKD or MOP withdrawal only.

10. Do I need to registration before using “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal”?
You do not need to make pre-registration for using “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal". However, you need to maintain valid HKD & MOP Savings, Checking or Multi-Currency Savings Account(s), register for the Online Banking and Mobile Banking Service and download CCB Macau Mobile Banking App.

11. Can I still use my ATM card for cash withdrawal?
Yes. Your ATM card and PIN can still be used as usual.
