Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Brokerage Commission Waiver Offer Registration Form (“Registration Form”) |

| 1. | Customers must submit accurate personal information on this registration form. In case China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Bank") is unable to validate the identity of the customers or unable to process the registration due to incorrect or invalid information provided upon registration, the Bank will not be responsible for any loss caused thereof. |
| 2. | Should there be any external system interruption of the Promotion, the Bank will restore all affected data without prior notice or explanation in order to ensure fairness. |
| 3. | Proof of dispatch cannot be accepted as proof of submission of any entry. The Bank does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control, or any other loss howsoever caused. |
| 4. | Each customer shall register once, if there is more than one registration record, the latest effective registration record shall be counted as valid by the Bank's system. |

| 6. | The information provided by customers will only be used for contacting customers and registration, and will not be used for any promotional purpose. |
| 7. | Information provided by customers will be kept strictly confidential. All information will be destroyed upon completion of the Promotion. |
