PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT RELATING TO ONLINE MUTUAL FUND SERVICE

In order that China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“the Bank”) can provide the Online Mutual Fund Service, it is necessary for the Customer to supply the Bank with data in connection with the provision of such service and for the Bank to use the data that the Bank has already collected from the Customer. Failure to supply or use such data may result in the Bank being unable to provide such service.

In addition to those purposes for which such data may be used and those parties to whom such data may be provided as already set out in the Bank's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Notification , such data may be used for the purpose of processing the instruction or order of the Customer with respect to the subscription, switching, transfer or redemption of Units in Funds and may be provided to the relevant Fund Representative, whether within or outside Hong Kong.

This Statement and the terms set out herein are provided for the purpose of implementing the Online Mutual Fund Service and are supplemental to the Bank's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Notification. Nothing herein shall affect the effects of any of the terms stated in the Bank's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Notification.

Terms, expressions and words used in the Bank's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Notification and the Bank's Mutual Fund Investment Service Customer Service Agreement (including the General Terms & Conditions in Relation to Online Mutual Fund Service) with the Customer shall have the same meanings when used in this Statement.
