PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT RELATING TO ONLINE SECURITIES SERVICE

In order that China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“the Bank”) can provide a service whereby customers can enter orders online through the Bank's Website, Mobile Banking, mobile applications, and any other online platforms the Bank may launch from time to time to sell and purchase shares, stocks, bonds and other securities (the “Securities”), to check on the status of their orders, accounts and holdings and to access and receive certain financial and market information and data regarding the Securities (the “Service”), it is necessary for the Customer to supply the Bank with data in connection with the provision of the Service and for the Bank to use the data that the Bank has already collected from the Customer. Failure to supply or use such data may result in the Bank being unable to provide the Service.

In addition to those purposes for which such data may be used and those parties to whom such data may be provided as already set out in the Bank's Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Notification, such data may be used for the purpose of processing and servicing the Customer's order(s) in relation to the trading of Securities and may be provided to any relevant third party for such purposes (including without limitation any relevant share registrar or any third party providing clearing or administrative services in connection with the trading of the Securities), whether within or outside Hong Kong.

This Statement and the terms set out herein are provided for the purpose of implementing the Service and are supplemental to the Bank's Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Notification. Nothing herein shall affect the effects of any of the terms stated in the Bank's Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Notification.

Terms, expressions and words used in the Bank's Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Notification shall have the same meanings when used in this Statement.
