1. What is Bonus Points?

By using CCB (Asia) designated Online Banking Services and spending with CCB (Asia) Credit Card, you can earn Bonus Points to redeem fabulous rewards.

2.How can I redeem the rewards?

You can go to the Bonus Points section under My Home and click redeem to choose your favorite rewards.

3. Will my Bonus Points be expired?

Your Bonus Points from Online Banking Services will be valid through September 1 of the previous year to August 31 of the current year, and Bonus Points from Credit Card spending will be valid for 2 years. For details, please refer to the expiry date in your Bonus Points section.

4. Can I redeem Credit Card rewards with Bonus Points?

No, Online Bonus Points cannot be used to redeem Credit Card rewards and Credit Card Bonus Points also cannot be used to redeem Online Bonus Point rewards.
