Terms and Conditions of the Deposit Promotion Program for Selected Customers (the "Program")

The promotion period is from December 30, 2014 to December 31, 2014 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").

The Program is only applicable to selected customers designated by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank") from time to time ("Selected Customer(s)").

The Selected Customer registered for the Program during the Promotion Period can enjoy the below Asia Miles Reward or Cash Reward ("Offer Reward") by maintaining every HKD/RMB 100,000 Average Account Balance in the Designated Account from 31 December 2014 to 30 June 2015 (both dates inclusive) ("the Designated Deposit Period") :

Designated Account refers to the HKD/RMB Savings or Checking Account registered during the Promotion Period. If it is a multi-currency savings account, only the account under designated currency is eligible for the Program. Designated Account does not include PREMIER Savings Account and Value Added Payroll Service Account.

Each Designated HKD Account can enjoy a maximum of 90,000 Asia Miles or a maximum of HKD 7,500 Cash Reward; Each Designated RMB Account can enjoy a maximum of 180,000 Asia Miles or a maximum of RMB 12,500 Cash Reward.

Average Account Balance refers to the average balance calculated from the daily account balance (excluding the balance in the decimal places) of each Designated Account within the Designated Deposit Period. The Bank reserves the right to calculate the Average Account Balance based on the Bank's system record, in case of any dispute, the Bank's decision shall be final and binding.

If Selected Customer registered for the Program more than once, the Bank shall register the information according to the latest record in the Bank's system.

If Selected Customer select the Asia Miles Reward, the Selected Customer must provide a valid membership number and membership name for his/her Asia Miles account. If the Selected Customer is not yet an Asia Miles member, he/she can visit www.asiamiles.com and join for free. The Selected Customer must ensure he/she had provided the correct membership number and the membership name. If the Selected Customer fails to provide and/or the Asia Miles membership information is not valid or correct, the Selected Customer will be rewarded with the corresponding Cash Reward of the Program.

The Bank will credit the eligible Asia Miles to the Asia Miles Account provided by the Selected Customers through Asia Miles Limited or credit the eligible cash reward to Designated Account(s) on or before 31 August 2015.

The Designated Account(s) of Selected Customer must be valid at the time the Bank credits the Asia Miles Reward or the Cash Reward to the Selected Customer.

The usage of Asia Miles is subject to Asia Miles™ terms and conditions. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect of the service quality and warranty and all related matters. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services. Asia Miles is not transferable, returnable and cannot be altered, returnable or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

The Program is not applicable to the Savings Account with bonus interest rate of the Bank (including but not limited to PREMIER Savings Account or Value Added Payroll Service Account).

The Program is not applicable to the staffs of the Bank and the staffs of the subsidiary companies of China Construction Bank.

The Bank reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the Program and/or change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

RMB Currency Risk
RMB is subject to the PRC government's control (for example, exchange restrictions). Besides, there is no guarantee that RMB will not depreciate. If customers convert Hong Kong Dollar or any other currency into RMB so as to invest in RMB denominated investment products and subsequently convert the RMB redemption proceeds back into Hong Kong Dollar or any other currency, you may suffer a loss if RMB depreciates against Hong Kong Dollar or other currency.

I understand that if I cannot provide valid or correct information, I will only be rewarded with corresponding cash reward.
