All insured person must be Hong Kong resident. "Annual Plan" is not applicable to person above 75 years of age. "Deluxe Plan" is not applicable to person between 16 to 18 years of age. For person below 16 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the journey and insured under "Individual & Children" or "Family" plan. "Family" includes maximum of 2 adults who are relatives of each other and accompanying maximum 3 children aged below 16. For insured person aged below 16 or above 75, the maximum limit shall be reduced and please refer policy for details. |

The policy will only be effective if the application is accepted by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited and the premium is successfully debited to your credit card account. Once the premium is paid, the policy cannot be altered or cancelled. |

The Applicant should disclose all the material facts affecting the assessment of this application. Inaccuracy or non-disclosure of any requested information or other material facts in the proposal form would preclude recovery of any claim under the policy. |
| f) |
The policy's terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. |

The specific details, terms and conditions applicable to all insurance plans are set out in the respective insurance policies to be issued by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited. QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited will be responsible for providing insurance cover and handling claims under their respective policies. QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited is authorized and regulated by the Hong Kong Commissioner of Insurance to carry out general insurance business in Hong Kong. China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“CCBA”) is one of the authorized agents to distribute QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited's general insurance products in Hong Kong and is not an issuer of any insurance plans. |
