Main Responsibilities
Internship Duration: 8 weeks within Jun to Aug 2024
Division: Consumer Banking
Job Duties:
1. Participate in business projects for Consumer Banking Division in collaboration with different divisions within CCBA;
2. Assist in consumer banking product planning and researching especially in investment and insurance products;
3. Responsible for the presentation on the research result and customer experience improvement project;
4. Participate in some key technology projects/ processes automation along project life cycle (conduct research, data mining, user requirement, analysis and design, UAT, ongoing revamp).
Division: e-Banking
Job Duties:
1. Assist in e-Banking projects including mobile banking, online banking, online enterprise banking, digital payments and digital marketing.
2. Assist to draft business requirements, communicate with developers, ensure implementation of internet banking products and review post-implementation result.
3. Work with internal and external stakeholders to launch the innovative digital products that meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
4. Carry out surveys to understand customers need in digital banking service, and provide help in product promotions covering the mechanism, marketing materials, campaign running and reviews.
Division: Product Innovation Management
Job Duties:
1. Participate in Fintech and innovation projects as business analysts, project coordinators and etc.;
2. Provide support to the team in performing Proof-of-Concept on emerging technologies to be applied;
3. Assist in Fintech application design prototype;
4. Conduct research on international and domestic technology trends and developments;
5. Promote technology innovations to business units and keep them abreast of new technology;
6. Assist to maintain the Product Governance framework of the Bank.

Requirements
1. Education Background: PG, 2nd, or 3rd year UG student with academic merit with GPA 3 or above;
2. Discipline Preferred: Computer Science with business knowledge, or business / statistics background with programming knowledge is preferred;
3. Technical Skills:
- Concept of data management/analysis, analyzing application, database security is preferred;
- Basic knowledge in SQL query, internet web application, mobile app development is an advantage;
- Knowledge or experience in UI/UX design, programming such as Java, Javascript, HTML, Python is a plus;
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
4. Language Proficiency: Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
5. Others:
- Strong analytical skills with good understanding on statistics
- Detail-oriented, strong business sense and communication
- Strong desire for a career in the banking sector
- Permanent residents of Hong Kong who are undergraduate students or above currently studying in universities in or outside Hong Kong; OR Hong Kong residents who are full-time students currently studying in universities in Hong Kong subject to the No-Objection Letter (NOL) arrangement; OR overseas students who are able to work in Hong Kong subject to the obtaining of the requisite visa from the Immigration Department, the Government of HKSAR before program commencement.
