Main Responsibilities


-To handle the consumer loan applications and renewals in a timely and efficient manner according to the Policy & Process as well as credit operation process complied with the regulatory requirements and credit policies.
- Ensure service quality of the process and approval flow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate closely with Front line sales, pre-draw down teams or customers to confirm the customer information and the required credit information for credit processing and approval.
- Provide workable and constructive feedback to immediate supervisor to improve process flows & system logic for better efficiency.
- Provide continuous support, on job training and guidance to insourcing staff.

Requirements


- Degree holder in Business or Higher Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies (Banking), Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience is preferable
- Self-motivating and able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility
- Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese
- Experience and possession of good knowledge on secured consumer loan operations, products and services is an advantage
