Main Responsibilities
- Assist the training manager in elaborating, organizing and facilitating training programs
- Responsible for the general administration of the training classes
- Consolidate the expenses of the training classes
- Prepare various kinds of reports and presentation materials
- Assist in preparing training materials and maintain training records & equipment
- Assist the Administration Supervisor in virtual training or other IT related support
- Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
- Matriculation or above
- IT related education background or experience would be an advantage
- Proficiency in virtual classroom application (e.g. WebEx, Zoom, XY Link etc.) would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) and other editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to have shift duty on Saturday & Sunday
- Fresh Graduates are Welcome
- Working Location: Western District
