Main Responsibilities
Our Teller Trainee Program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a banking career via:-
- An intensive and structured classroom training on technical skills and core consumer banking knowledge
- On-the-job coaching from our associates and management

Principal Accountabilities:
- Perform general teller duties over counter such as receiving and paying cash/check, handling remittance and opening accounts etc.
- Cross-sell consumer bank products and handle general inquiries Refer customers to Personal Bankers whenever opportunities arise
- Provide other clerical duties as assigned by supervisor
Career Path:
- Possible Path 1 - Operations:
Teller trainee -> Teller / Senior Teller -> Operations Officer -> Assistant/ Operations Manager
- Possible Path 2 - Sales:
Teller Trainee -> Teller / Senior Teller -> Branch Sales Executive/ Customer Service Officer -> Assistant/ Relationship Manager

Requirements
- 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Fresh Graduate is welcomed
- Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excellent command of MS Word and Excel
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded
