Main Responsibilities
- Work with team of system engineers providing support, maintain system healthiness and perform regular compliance and baseline review to ensure standards are being adhered
- Perform installation, design, configuration and hardening on middleware environments
- Manage and administer all middleware and the corresponding or associated software and tools
- Monitor the availability and performance for all middleware servers
- Troubleshoot middleware related incidents and analyze middleware utilization
- Perform change requests for application middleware
- Carry out routine checklists and BAU tasks
- Provide consultancy on middleware techniques and tools to application developers
- Manage audit and regulation requests, provide and review the evidences promptly as required
- Handle system incidents and provide technical advisory and follow up for incident resolution
- Provide technical solution on system software and security for business and infrastructure projects and support system development, testing and rollout
- Assist in system infrastructure and architecture design in accordance with the business strategy
- Assist in IT infrastructure planning and policy/standard/baseline formulation
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and services, as well as assist in bill processing and cost allocation
- Roster on-call standby support is required in non-office hours

Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years�experience in middleware administration, preferably gained from banking / finance industry
- Hands-on experience in one of the following middleware technologies: Oracle WebLogic / IBM WebSphere / MQ / MQ / ESB / Apache / JBoss / Tomcat / NGX / IIS / iPlanet is required
- Knowledge in Java / PowerShell / Unix / Python Script / MS SQL Server, Oracle Database Server, ServiceNow is an advantage
- Knowledge in VMware, Windows Server, Redhat Linux Server is an advantage
- Knowledge in Redhat Ansible Tower / Cloudform / KVM / Kubernetes is an advantage
- Understanding of applicable IT strategies relating to middleware technology is an advantage
- Holder of CISSP or CISA is an advantage
- Solid interpersonal, proactive, communication and organizational skills with good team spirit
- Able to work independently under pressure and willing to work overtime
