Main Responsibilities


Team Management:
- Manage the Intelligence Banking team to engage with high potential customers and increase their AUM, fund transfer in and Investment & Insurance penetration; Expand premier segment with new or upgrade customers, enhance qualifying ratio and IPQ completion rate
- Lead the Intelligence Banking team to increase digital penetration and maximize sales and revenue; Increase mobile and online banking usage and penetration
- Identify high potential customers for relationship manager to further excavate
- Co-develop referral offers and plans to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with business units across the Bank to promote retail banking strategy's creation and implementation
- Assist head of cognitive banking in developing short- and long-term business strategies in order to maximize market share and revenue
- Orient the business strategy to match market needs and ensure competitiveness with other rival banks
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training to the team

Relationship Building and Services:
- Establish good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure the team to provide superior service to customers in accordance with Bank's required service standards

Sales Governance and Compliance Control:
- Adhere to Bank's and Regulators' policies, standards, operations guidelines/procedures, security and internal control measures

Requirements


- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 8 years banking experience in retail banking or retail distribution
- Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
- CFP/CFA qualification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of retail banking business, innovative product solutions, current financial and acquisition planning and activities
- Broad knowledge of all aspects of retail banking business
- Exposure to investment products and premier banking services preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
